Fernando Ardaya emigrated from Argentina in 2004 and began work as an electrician. He rapidly expanded his expertise and was general manager of a commercial electrical contractor until the Great Recession in mid 2009.
In addition to becoming an American citizen, he started his own renovation business while acquiring a portfolio of rental properties. He’s provided construction services, installation teams and project management for commercial and residential projects.
In addition to constructing new residential properties, he’s managed dozens of renovations, church and office renovations and retail build out projects.
